In the initial months of the epidemic, researchers from VRHP supported the Maharashtra state public health system in streamlining data management system and primary data analysis related to Covid-19 infections. This helped to understand daily trends in Covid-19 cases in all districts in Pune, which enabled the public health system to take appropriate actions.
